DC Built was founded in 2019 with a simple idea: create interesting things and solve unique problems.

What started as a small welding shop, has grown into a full-time design and fabrication business focused on turning ideas into finished, functional products. From one-off components to architectural features and custom builds, DC Built works with creators, architects, businesses, and enthusiasts to take projects from concept to completion.

As an owner-operated shop, clients work directly with Dan throughout the process- from the first conversation and design development through fabrication and delivery. That means clear communication, practical problem solving, and a hands-on approach to every project.

With in-house design and fabrication capabilities and a trusted network of specialized manufacturing partners, DC Built can take on projects that extend well beyond what’s possible under one roof.
